W.A.L.T   we are learning to create and construct nets of different 3D shapes.

in math's we have been constructing different 3D shapes and how many faces, vertices and edges they have.

W.A.L.T we are learning to read expression....

This week our group had to read chapter 5 & 6 of Mr Chelsea's green house in chapter 5 Eva pedals her bike furiously down the main street out of Casterlyn where she lives and swerves left on a dirt track the lead's her to Erskine farm. Stone came up from under the wheels as Eva rattles along the metal fence when Eva reaches the end of the drive way the edge of the padlock Eva's friend Elliott welcome's Eva in to the farm. Personification

Today our class had went out side to do and activity related to feelings and we pretended to be a can this can was us.

At first I felt like I was stable and was strong and I slowly felt myself going down hill and now I was crying because I was been bullied and I had no other way to let my emotions out so I started to cry. After I finished crying I felt down and not as strong but now i´m getting stronger again.

My experience of this activity was the same as every other a activity except now I know it is OK to cry and it dosent make you any weaker but the can got lighter when we took the stuff out of it.

This month our class had been doing something  about solving a problem you have related to blogs and my problem was people having no title or a title that is not related to the subject they wore doing.

 I made a comic to show people what a good title is and how it may effect people because if you don´t have a good title it may not attract as many people to you blog.

Mr Chelsea's Greenhouse 

Chapter 4 
Eva was worried to go to Chelsea's home do jobs because his blue eyes gave him an angry look but when Eva went to his home she was not worried at all. Eva loved the heavenly look of the place the birds wore singing and there is fruit for the  birds to eat and there are butter flies. When Eva went into the green house Mr Chelsea he was holding a broom and gave it to Eva started to sweep the glass she had broke. Mr Chelsea asked if she had liked Rose she wanted to say no but Eva said I like the flowers that grow on them. Mr Chelsea grabbed one of the flowers off of his rose and let Eva small it. Eva loved the small of the rose and she said I could just eat it. Mr Chelsea took another flower and ate it you can eat the flower of the rose. It was lunch time and Eva went home and she talked about how much she cant wait to go again.

This term the year 7&8 had been introduced to a new web site reading plus. This site is know to up your grads a year or two in reading and writing this site is fun and it makes reading much easier.

The first image shows how much I have read and my reading profile is and it is 5 books a week or more.

The Second image is how many stories I have read and what category the books are in purple is science green is how think work...

The last image it show how fast I read what I need to achieve and how it is helping me.

This program is better than reading a book because it is easy to access and easy to read a book and there are three different things I can work on and that is flash scan and reading and the beast is reading and the last is flash.
