We've been discussing commitment, which is defined as the state or quality of being dedicated to a cause or activity... our teacher, Ms Clark, recently told us that she is building a retirement home for herself and her children, and I recently read a news article stating that house prices are increasing. I was looking at the slim shady ep album the other day, and the prices had gone up, making it a collector's item. I recently watched the Olympics, and we are currently ranked 36, leading in cycling but then falling behind. The other day I signed up to blue light which is from the 9th of Aug to the 13th of Aug. Happily I'm getting the Ep album

END OF TERM REFLECTION BY CALEB

END OF TERM REFLECTION

Today is the last day. We had a lot of difficulties this term, but we got through it. We began the term with sports/athletics, which included running, discus, shot put, javelin, and many other activities, before moving on to culture week, which included cooking and visual arts related to culture. Pink Shirt Day is an anti-bullying awareness day where many of us wear pink shirts to show that bullying is wrong. Despite the fact that this term has been stressful for many of us due to NCEA and other incidents, we have persevered we still stay strong and move on AKA Overcoming Adversity. From the plays we had a few weeks ago to the Maori speeches to the ESOL proformas, there have been many activities held after school for the public. This term has seen a lot of activities and a lot of stressful moments, but the next term will be different as it is a fresh start. Stay safe and have a good holiday.
